Thanks for the suggestions. I took a look at it as much as i could. We aren't allowed working on cars in my complex. Where do you think I could go to get it looked at? Will Mr. Tire, Monro Muffler, or NTB be able to look at it? If not where else? I tried finding a mechanics shop but the only one I know of has a wait of 2 weeks.

I went to Pep Boys this morning and the service manager looked at it and said everything was fine. The belt isn't showing any signs of wear at all and the tensioner was fine. I purchased a container of Belt Conditioner and it took the squealing sound away instantly.

I understand your feeling happy about getting rid of the squeeking sound but as soon as that belt dressing wears off, which it will, the squeeking is probably going to return.
I call it squealing by the way. Very different from a squeeking sound. Belts squeal, they don't squeek. Only metalic parts squeek like bearings and such.
So if you are hearinga squeeking noise, it's a bad bearing or something with a metal hinge etc.
Anyway, the solution you accepted is most likely just masking the actual cause of the problem.
If the surpentine belt is fine, the tensioner is okay etc. Then one of the pulleys is dragging for some reason and causing the belt to squeal. Eventually the problem is going to get so bad you will find out what part is causing the belt to squeal.
I would have a qualified tech do a thorough examination to rule out or find the real culprit and correct the 'cause' of the problem.
Good luck!

P.S. if you want to figure it out yourself, remove the belt completely then check each pully for free play. The water pump pulley will drag just a bit due to it trying to pump water but it should still spin rather freely. The power steering pump will also drag a little bit but not to the degree that you have to put any real effort into getting it to turn.
Check all pulleys for loseness by wiggling them in and out. All the rest of the pulleys should spin freely without drag. If it takes any effort to turn the pulley, then it's a suspect if not blatently obvious as it will take quite afair amountofeffort to turn it. If so,replace it.

There should be no play except for the power steering pump which may have a minor bit of shaft play inward and outward but not wobbly.

Also look for any signs of leakeage around the power steering pump and water pump shafts. Leaks are an sign of a failing seal and or shaft bearing. Water pumps should never leak and usually don't unless they are shot or were made by mickey mouse inc.

If any one of the pulleyswobble, that's most likely the culprit. Replace with a new part and you're done. Put the belt back on and resume normal squeekless driving without having to use mickey mouse belt goop.

I live 2.5 hours from where I bought the car and we have purchased a new ford from them for the past 6 years and they are they only people that I trust. Next time I make it down there I am going to take my car there and just drive the hyundai accent until they get it fixed correctly.
