Default bad fuel pump?

The past few days (although it has been about 20 deg. f), I've had trouble with my car stalling and or not starting... the starter is definitely functioning, and there's no problem with the electronics, but if i start the car, it flutters and then stalls. what do you think the problem might be? I'm not really able to take it to the dealer right now, 1)because i don't have the cash/ nor would i want to spend it getting an obd2 scan run on the car (which is mandatory...), and 2) I have to work this weekend. The car is under warranty and is just shy of hitting 15k miles.

You may have ice buildup in the fuel system or you could have a faulty fuel pump or perhaps the fuel filter is clogged.
You shouldn't have to worry about paying for anything as the vehicle is still under warranty.
Factory covers all expenses and if your shop is charging you a penny for any work, they are ripping you off! Your coverage is bumper to bumper. They have no business charging you anything.
Ask them if they have a loaner car you can use while your's is in the shop. Most dealers do but people usually don't know that as some dealers don't promote it. Ask.
Good luck!

If you have an 05/06 check out my older post. I think the 07s have the newer pump.

Does any of these also apply?

As wolfey2k states, a bad pump or filter, the TSB covers it. No charge.
