UDP removal
Hey guys, about a year ago I had a UDP installed on my v6...
Ive only put about 5k miles since its been installed, and my alternator is already failing because of it. (when I hold throttle higher, my battery gauge goes to normal, when I go back to idle, it drops to L. even with a new battery.
I need to know how to change my pulley back to the stock one
what are the parts/tools i need?
I know I need a harmonic balancer tool but im not sure what else...
Thanks guys

RE: UDP removal
You will need the following
1/4 inch drive metric Ratchet set
1/2 inch drive Ratchet + 2 inch extender + 3/4 inch deep socket + 15 inch tube to place over the 1/2 inch drive to develop the force need break free the bolt that holds the Harmonic balancer onto the crank shaft.
A set of metric wrenches
The Harmonic Balancer removal tool
A Torque ratchet capable of applying 32 ft-lbs of force
A pair of pliers to open the clamp to allow you to disconnect the upper left hand radiator hose from the radiator.
Standard screwdriver to remove plastic clips fro the plastic plate that covers the radiator.
A hammer and a small 2 x 4 to bang back the Harmonic Balancer back into place. Must get it to a position where the harmonic balance screw can grab the crankshaft to pull the Balancer all the in.
Good luck
