How much did u get the package for ? and did u notice any difference when u installed it?

 

I had the FRPP CAI and tune installed this week. I decided to go with this set up since my car has 4 years left on the warranty, and I didn't want to bother re-tuning the car whenever I put it in for service. I'm pleasantly surprised with the results. The increase in HP isn't huge but isdefinitely noticeable.

 

i got mine from summit racing for $448. they price matched a cak i saw on another site. i did notice more go. it's breathing capabilty is agood match to the headers & jba exhaust i put on this week.

 

i'm thinking about the FRPP cai as well, but I have a shaker hood system. i'm wondering if the inflow of air will affect the cai's efforts. i'm planning on cutting a hole in the side of the mount to route the shaker tubing thru. anyone have any guesses as to whether it will help or hinder the cai?

So, no intake, just a tune then. Because I'm definitely getting a tune.

 

I am running a cai/tune with my shaker.

You can't tune for a shaker...it really doesn't do much.
