Default Advanced C&L Question

Hey guys got everything installed last night and is running great. Took it for a test drive, and I am hearing a little bit of a rattle under the hood (sounds like it is coming from the CAI). I think it may be the CAI shield, but not sure. Has anyone had this problem?

The kit came with some zip ties and it says to secure the front to the ABS lines if you want, but I don't have ABS and I don't want to drill a hole in my radiator covering like is suggested by C&L. Do I have anymore options here?

I don't remember if mine came with zipties.. i'd tighten the bolt that holds the shield on real good and double check the metal screw clamps. somethings loose that should not be loose!

i have this same problem, so i cushioned parts that looked like they could be rattling with some sound deadening material. the rattling has quieted, but it's still there, so i just drown it out with music

I have the bolt tight, but I am afraid of over tightening and cracking the shield. Should there be a little play in the intake hose (metal arm?) I can rotate it a little.
