With T-Lok BOTH wheels have power all the time. T-Lok,gears and installion can get expensive on the 7.5 and it might be cheaper to get an 8.8 takeoff rear. TCS applies the brakes on the rear wheels SEPERATLY because even an open rear(non T-Lok)will spin both wheels when the road is wet or icey. If the brakes don't do the job sufficiently the ECM will cut the engines power. I turn the TCS off all the time unless the roads are bad(wet or icey).
I learn something new on here everyday! I've been considering an 88 swap but thats almost $1000 (but more gear options)
