Help!!! Car won't start after tune!!!

Thanks Torch and thanks for your help.
This morning I swapped out the GT takeoff auto muffler(7991) and put on one from a GT manual trans...there is a difference, both in sound and flow. It sounds so good now I am debating about whether or not to spend the money to go with duals.
Also have got some more miles on it with the SCT canned 87 tune. Big difference. Since it is still in "learning" mode after the reflash, I am driving it like a bat out of hell to train it properly. lol Too much fun. I can hardly wait for my Steeda cai to get here from SmokeStang08 to see how much more fun that adds.

No grief at all. I called and explained what I had done, the service advisor agreed with my diagnosis, said yep, an hour labor is typical for reflash. They took care of the restraint control prob and checked the valve stems at the same time. When I picked it up, he talked to me about the tuner for a little bit and asked if was only for the 500 or if it had Mustang tunes in it too. I told him the revision list should bring me up to speed.
Then I asked for an estimate on installing the rear sway...$130. I think I can get both done for about that elsewhere.

I put the rear sway on myself today. It took a while to get the old bushings off and the upper bolt on the shock bracket was a bear, as promised. It feels good to have it done and there is a heckuva difference in the handling.
Now I have to decide whether or not to tackle the front one myself too. I hear it's supposed to be easier than the rear.

Sorry about all your difficulties, man! I had my sways done about a month ago. I was really busy then and decided to have the dealer do it for me. They charged 2 hours labor to do both. After seeing how much trouble the tech had getting the new poly bushings mounted, I thought I made the right call. There's no way I would have wanted to attempt that on my back in the driveway. I've been running a single GT muffler for about 6 months. Today I get the full dual conversion back from the muffler shop. I'll write up a before/after report.

It was about 10 degrees here yesterday so it was darn cold in the garage on my back. Most of the difficulties were expected. I had more problems getting the old bushings out than putting the new ones in.
How did the dual conversion work out?
