Just turbo charge it and call it a day, I'd get more pleasure out of that then swapping a V8. But thats just me.

 

I somewhat agree, I could see the V8 becoming obsolete someday. A lot of car companies are trying to be more efficient and use highly tuned or even turbocharged V6s. I don't believe it's going to completely disappear but I think car companies will go a different road for power, smaller, more efficient engines. Emission regulations keep getting stricter and stricter. I couldn't imagine trying to own a muscle car in CA

The last few years have done wonders for the muscle car fan base though with the new Mustang, Challenger and the god awful looking Camaro. Maybe there is hope...

 

how do i swap my V8 to a V6

 

Step 1. Remove v8

Step 2. Package v8 in crate

Step 3. Ship me v8

Step 4. Receive v6 from me

Step 5. Cry.
