I didn't know I don't have to remove intake manifold to change injectors.
what about fuel pressure??

I don't wanna hassle with removing bumper for intercooler install....for now...
I more like x charger by its look, but theres about 100$ in difference.
I might go for vortech...

anyway, thanks a lot for sharing with me.
I consider myself as a shade tree mechanic , I've always done my on work on my vehicles , all from trial and error . no schooling . but on the Vortech the instructions are pretty straight forward . I didn't bleed the pressure . a little fuel came out when I pulled the first injector , just becareful and maybe wrap a rag around it

Personally I like the V-2 better because it taps the oil pan and when your oil is changed you know the oil for your supercharger is changed aswell, with the V-3 you have to keep track and do it seprately.

If you're worried about the fuel pressure it's easy enough to relieve. Just find your fuel pump fuse, remove it and crank the engine a couple times. Thats it. But I agree with turbo.. An absorbent rag would work just fine. It's not going to blast out like a water hose or anything but you could get a decent amount coming out and it may continue for awhile to drip but it shouldn't be much. Just pull the 1st one slowly so it all doesn't come out at once and the cloth can absorb it.

so, from what I understanding,
there are two different kit from vortech. Std and HO.
The difference between two is intercooler or not. am I right?
And I don't wanna spend extra $1000 and 5 hrs of labor for I/C thou...

And there's are S-trim and Si-trim
What's the difference between them???

And also there's option called SQ(super quite).
What do you think? S/C noise is really annoying enough??
Don't you think you should have some whinnin noise when you have mighty S/C installed on your ride??
Does anyone have sound clip for SQ and non-SQ?

I think the standard is 6 psi , the H.O. has a different pulley tune and yes an intercooler
a far as the noise , I love the sound of it , you can't hear it when your driving around , but at a stop light it makes a pretty cool sound , gets peoples attention ! and I think you would b happier with an intercooler more boost , I did the front mount air to air my self with a universal kit from e-bay , it wasn't to bad

It kind of sits there and whistles, I love that sound but at the same time I love the whine of a root style.

And now I want to have little extra horses.

Q1. Is there any bolt on upgrade on engine to give extra horses?
I prefer not to have any exhaust due to the noise.
(I'm running single GT swap and satisfied.)
I heard underdrive pulleys and etc, but the gain really noticeable?
What about intake manifold(if there's any)??

Q2. FI option.
A. Easiest to install.
From my search, both turbo and S/C are popular for this stang, but
prolly I cannot afford professional installation, but install myself,
I would like to have easiest to install option.
Turbos will require oil lines and need to swap exhaust manifold, as well as
intake one to mount turbo and swap injectors, so forget the turbo.
(Even for S/C, I don't want tap my oil pan....)
For supercharger setup, I think root type will be little easier to install
because I'll have to remove intake manifold anyway for injectors.
Also, it should be fairly easy to go back to stock in case of servicing or trade the ride.
My goal is two guys install in a day or around 8 hours.

B. Money Money.
I do not have tons of money, so cost of kit is big issue for me.
Also, gas mileage is also important.
Who sells cheap? and how bad mpg after install??
(I'm in San Antonio area. How much professional installation will (roughly) be??)

C. Power.
For now, I don't really care about maximum gain. Neither track time.
I just want my ride thrust well with whinnin noise from charger.
I think I'll satisfy with pre-canned tune as well.

Throw me your thoughts.
throttle body maybe?
