misfire problem

Could be, try disconnecting the battery for a while so it will have to recalibrate the idle parameters when you reconnect it.

i disconnected the battery for about 15 mins and it still didnt work

Try returning it to the stock tune and see if that fixes things. You'll have to put the original on if you have a CAI
