Cali has the strictest emission laws in the USA and one of the strictest in the world so if it qualifies here, i'm sure Indiana is in the clear

BTW, JBA is located in San Diego, CA so i would assume they would be attentive to this state's emission laws when developing their products.

JBA + Made in USA = Victory!

I bought mine on ebay. the M2 $99.99 ones. A Chinese knock off of the JBA. They are cheaper and just as good, except they aren't American

Sound gets better with either
So I'm guessing you've not had any problems with those M2 headers?

None at all. They look great, did change the sound a little, and I can feel a difference in the mid and top. Not a huge gain but enough non-peak gain for me to notice a better mid pull. If I did it again, I may consider a heat coating to keep temps down since heat soak kills our 4.0L's

As logical as this is BBK and MMR are both based in cali as well but only a few of their products a cali legal.

exactly why i said "attentive", not " fully compliant". JBA obtains CARB exemption on select products which is worth recognizing. i just appreciate companies that take the extra step even when it isn't mandated.

BBK is coming out with set of LTs for us. Talked to them last week they said that the LTs were just prototyped and will be on the market in 3-4 months. Hope this helps anyone, im thinking of waiting and putting a set on.

Regardless of any gain, would replacing the stock cast iron headers with shorty tube headers provide a pretty good weight reduction? I've felt the stockers and also handled JBAs (very well made btw). The weight difference was night and day. That may just be all the justification I need LOLOL!!!
