When I had a T5 I ran Amsoil 5W30 100% Synthetic Manual Synchromesh Transmission Fluid in it instead of ATF and it worked much better than ATF. I now run the same stuff in my TR6060 and it shifts as good as new and has over 100,000 miles on it. You will need 3 quarts but the transmission will not quite take all three before the fill line is reached, which is level with the bottom of the fill hole on the T5.
