Due to being a (No tune required CAI), BBK is known to possibly throw CEL codes. Have you double checked all clamps and made sure they are all secure?
If so, in order to correct the issue, you will mostl likely need a hand held tuner with a custom tune to eliminate the code. Do not expect much of a performance gain with a stand alone CAI, the custom tune is the where most of the performance gain comes from. With that said, I would recommend either American Muscle/Bama Tuning or Brenspeed.

Even the no-tune-required (barf) CAI's have been known to throw a lean code. But a no-tune CAI will gain you squat whereas a CAI and custom tune will gain you about 15 or more RWHP. Do it right.

Doesn't matter, you will still be running lean. You either need to re-install the stock airbox for now or pay for a tune from a reputable place like American Muscle or Brenspeed. The BBK intake is an ok intake, it's just that all no-tune CAIs are prone to throwing lean codes because you are adding air without adjusting the computer for it.
You can try removing the MAF sensor and giving it a good cleaning with some CRC MAF Sensor Cleaner. You might find that it helps since the CAI is pushing the PCM to the limit of AFR adjustment.
