Yep, aftermarket 'hotter' coil packs are right
up there with aftermarket Throttle Bodies and
Throttle Body spacers.

K, changed out the coil pack and wires. Nothing, the car now wont even start. Turn the key then...cliiiiiiccccckkkk. Any other ideas guys on what this could be? The coil pack and wires ARE correctly installed and connected. Maybe the charge is too low on the battery but I do not think that is the case.

Found the culprit. Blown starter fuse and relay plus shot battery. Replaced all and the Stang is running great. Thank God!

D'oh! Always fun when electrical stuff goes awry... .especially when it's multiple causes. Glad you sorted it out.
