Default Brake light help

I have a 2009 mustang v6 with a brake light problem. On the drivers side when i use the remote key to unlock the car all of the lights come on like they should. However, when braking and using the left turn signal the far left light (which i guess is the only light that should be coming on during these actions because thats how it is on my passengers side) doesnt come on. The bulb is obviously good because it comes on when unlocking.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? I took a look at the fuse in the passenger kick panel thats labeled brake and it looked good to me, however ill be the first to admit im not an expert on electrical crap. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
