Somehow one my license plate light holders rusted up and one of the pin broke off the clear plastic section you remove when replacing the lightbulb

...but am not sure - I just want the piece you affix to the car (clear plastic piece with the rubber seal/metal pins to put the bulb into), not the whole housing

Have you tried your local ford parts department?
They should be able to tell you what the smallest purchasable assembly that you can buy is. Other than that go to a salvage yard and get what you need.
Or were you looking to upgrade to a more performance orientated pin?
