Default Stepper motor replacement problem please help??

Hey guys im new here and I have a huge problem.

I recently replaced the stepper motors in my 05 V6 and went to plug the cluster in when I noticed none of the gauges moved in any way. I double checked my soldering and even measured the voltage and connections of the motors themselves. But because I have no idea what they should be at im shooting in the dark.

The spedo twitches when I start the car, but over the last few attempts that has stopped as well. I'm really having trouble here so any input or help is greatly appreciated!

If it was only one gauge, I'd chalk it up to bad soldering or a bad stepper motor. Since none of them work, I'd have to assume it's the main power connector. Did you remove and reset it? There should also be a gray strap like device on the back that locks down to hold it firmly in place.

You cannot check voltage at the motor with stepper motors.
They are different than regular motors.
Its probably the stepper motor controller itself in the cluster.
