i know plastic sucks, but I needed the car right away. No time to transform door stops lol. Great Idead though !!
I got stuck, limped home, both halves of the plastic one was on the floor. Took my trusty fox body over to Grainger and found almost an exact duplicate of the original 05-14 piece that snaps off. I suggest everyone order one, follow the pics and keep it in the glove box with epoxy and a angled needle nose pliers, this will get you home for sure.
Basically took the center bearing out of the new one, cut down the new one to the old ones size. I did epoxy the old one together to do this so it would be accurate. Made the hole slightly larger and popped it in in 10 minutes. Works great so far.

Tilt bearing to the side and pull out with needle nose pliers.
The big hole is roughly 1/2, the small hole is roughly 1/4
Trim new one to size. Widen the small hole just a tad.the large hole is perfect. Put epoxy in the smaller hole put it on the clutch shaft and work the metal clutch peg into the new one by slowly depressing the clutch and forcing the peg into the plasric . Make sure it goes in straight!! Let it fully cure and drive it.
