Rear axle swap questions
Hey fellas,
Just picked up a 2007 GT 8.8 rear end for my 2007 V6
I purchased the 03-04 cobra flange PN: M-4851-B
i hear this is the flange you need to make this a direct, is that the correct part number,
i have also heard people saying that their drive shaft was too short to reach the flange.
any confirmation would be highly appreciated.
Also, my car does not have a rear sway bar, Does my V6 have mounting points to fit the gt sway bar?
I'm also curious if i will need GT rotors and calipers, OR will my V6 rotors and calipers mount right up to the GT caliper mount BRACKET on the 8.8 rear end
i have stock 17" wheels
I am eternally grateful for any help with the long *** list of questions,
also i know "Should just buy a GT"
but i much prefer building it up with my son.

Yes it did: he said SPECIFICALLY at 2:22:
"The 8-8 rear end had a larger drive flange than the stock rear end. New take-off dot-com provided
the correct size flange, and BJ replaced it in no time."
AND! It shows him putting the flange ON!!
How on EARTH did you miss that? Christ....
