Code P0141 O2 Sensor

Default Code P0141 O2 Sensor

2010 is throwing a P0141
I know its a heater circuit failure likely due to tot a bad O2 sensor and bank 2 is the passenger side.- and that this is the downstream sensor... But I can't find a diagram where on the pipe this is. I am guessing this is the sensor located on the cat as the pipe comes down ...? Does anyone have a diagram or otherwise confirm?

Up stream = before the cat
Down stream = after the cat. It would be the second inline

You can access them from under the car. Here's a photo of the component they connect to that attaches to the from of the Transmission pan and you can see the there where the o2 sensors connect to
