Default Lights flickering while accelerating

I have a 2007 V6 Mustang with pony package.

The last month or so, I noticed that the fog lights were flickering while accelerating. This has gotten worse over the last week in the manner that they are turning off completely. The lights for my climate controls also go off at the same time. I also noticed a chalky odor and an audible click coming from the passenger fuse panel. When I looked at fuse diagrams, I didn't see anything from that panel related to the fog lamps, so I'm kinda confused on this.

My headlamps continue to work fine and all the rest of the instrument panel lights work without issue. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
