Default Help! Mystery noise

Hi guys!! Long time lurker, just now decided to join and post. I was gifted my 2005 mustang by my bf who used to own it. He wasn't exactly gentle with it or great with maintenance so there's been several issues. I couldn't afford to take it to the mechanic constantly so with the help of YouTube and this forum I've gone from never having changed my own oil or tires before to changing the transmission fluid, filter and gasket among other things. All within a months time! That being said... this noise has me stumped. Any help us greatly appreciated.

background info: it mainly does this when you first turn the car on after it's been sitting a while, so like when I'm going to leave for work or come home from work. The sound doesn't increase in volume or intensity with speed. In fact if it's making that did sound and I accelerate it lessens or stops entirely. I've noticed it's slightly worse if I have the heater on. I'm not throwing any codes. I originally thought transmission issues, then maybe a loose heat shield but now I'm wondering fly plate? Or that other plate ppl mentioned?

Thank you in advance
