honestly it'd be a lot easier just to buy a 94-95 GT if you wanna stay sn95 w/ the 5.0. and get rid of the 98. The swap would be engine, probably transmission, wiring, ecu, probably some front suspension changes b/c of he 5.0 being a slightly bigger engine than the 4.6.....and i'm sure there would be some other little things to do as well, those are just the major ones i can think of....

this has been asked sooo many times. try a search.
you will need a new kmember a 5.0 motor, new trany. it would be sooo much cheaper to just sell your car and buy a 5.0.
