Car tune up prices?

Car tune up prices?
How much should a full car tune up cost? I already ordered a set of NGK spark plugs... What I need now is perhaps a new air filter along with a new fuel filter... How much should I be anticipating to pay for a tune up with wheel rotation/alignment and fluids check?

my guess is about $150ish. try doing it yourself, changeing the plugs and the air filter is not that hard and I rotated my car useing the spare tire!! Next I'm going to try to tackle brakes. good luck!!!
