At operating temperature, MAC and BBK's actually don't make much difference and with the BBK..."I personally" have seen lost HP compared to stock with an open air filament filter.

I see that the heat shield isn't on yours. Is it imperative that it's installed?

I ran without the shield because I liked the look, but put it back on when dynoing. It smoothed out my A/F, so I now keep it on.
