I Own a 2003 mustnag gt completely stock exept for exaust. My Bro has a SRT-4 that runs a 13.7 1/4 mile. I need advice on what can i do to make my stang faster in the quarter mile on a limited budget. if anyone got any suggestions lemme know. Also what will a good Tuner/Chip do for my HP to the wheels?

 

When you say exhaust, what has been modded about the exaust? Also, how much is a limited budget, and is it an auto or a manual?
