Default PROGRAMMER NOW OR LATER??

alright, i am getting 18in rims with bigger tires, then a BBK plenum and 75mm throttle body, i already have a Tunable Induction CAI which is a heck of a lot bigger than the stock intake, when should i get the tuner so i can change the computer to the specs of the new airflow? should i buy everything and then get the tuner or not?
