Using Diablo Tuner for 4.10's

When I did my gears I set the tuner for 4.09 which are 4.10's but I have a question about the tire diameter. Do I need to change that at all if so wut? How would I determine wut size I need on the tuner?

Did you change tires??????

If not then you shouldn't have to change the tire size in the computer.

You can fit up to 275/40/17`s on your stock rim or get a 10.5 rim for the rear and put on 315/35/17`s and you wont have to do anything with the programmer. These size tires are in the same ratio as your stock tires and wont mess up the speedo.
