Yeah I'm curious about this aswell...it seems that the lowers could have flex to them...but what do the uppers really do. If soemone had some good insight to this that would be awesome.

FWIW Global west says not to put poly in the upper control arms--it will cause bind when cornering. They claim that lower control arms with one rod end and one poly bushing combined with stock uppers gives the best bang for the buck. You can lose the quad-shocks and remove most of the suspension bind. The stock geometry still has an instant center that is not optimized for performance, but it will be way better than stock.Global west Control arms They never say to use stock uppers but it is pretty well implied. I have my eye on a tri-link/watts-link set up from evolution motosports.

U think there is a good reason why so many companies sell them as a kit. Most of your companies selling Uppers and Lowers seperately are UPR, MAC and other less reputable brands that offer "same performance for less $$$" Why do half the job? I'm slighly biased on this one, but I say get both. I love my mine. They aren't even hard to install. Just takes a few hours and THIS!!!
