i worked on a few bolt ons and then put the nitrous together and ran mid 12s with a stock suspension. i just installed ca's last month and starting to do drag springs, sub frames, struts and shocks and will hopefully be hooking up the way i want.

my plan was to go bolton w/gears then work on my suspension which is what im doing... Springs, LCA/UCA and subframes.. anyone know anything about the Ford Racing subframes?

Most subframes are going to do the exact same thing for you. The Ford Racing should be fine. Just realize that you are going to have to get them welded on.

From what I've read and heard from people who have both on their cars they HIGHLY recommend them. Blue Oval Subframes & GMS U/L's are next on my list. They should be installed next month!
