Default Body Kit

hi guyz, got a ? for ya'll....i wrecked my 02 GT "a jackazz" hit the front of my baby...but any way , the ques is...im having the body shop putt a cobra R front bumper on my car and im wonderin if the bumper will line up correctly w/ my stock side skirts? also will the 03 cobra fog lights work in the bumper...? any help on this matter will greatly b appreciated.............thanks...jason[8D]

No, the cobraR bumper is wayy lower than the side skirts and rear bumper. Thats why I don't like it.....

I don't really like it, it's kind of one of those things where it only looks good on a true cobra R.

itll look like ***. youll probably want the regular cobra bumper in no time. itll kind of look like a mini plow at a side glance.

id definitely go for the 03/04 Cobra bumper...fits the car much better...looks sexy as hell.

OMG at the meet i went to on saturday there was a real cobra r there. WOW that thing looked bada$$. I like the front bumper on it but the splitter would just get owned by speed bumps.

redstanger, is that ur stock side skirts?......yea im kinda worried about speed bumps also...especially w/ the wife driving!!!! thank all yall for the input on this subj.. think im gonna go w/it and see what happens its allready ordered has been for 3 wks. thats all im waitin on all other parts r in....ill post some pics as soon as i get it back , and i guess well see....later, jason

It wont line up with stock side skirts. It would line up with Roush side exhaust or Cervinis stalker ones though. Just make sure to get the rear spats for roush or cervinis rear bumper to line up with the side skirts.

On the otherhand, I kinda like/appreciate the look of a cobra R bumper that DOESN'T line up. It's got a more purpose-built look to it.
