01 changes, flywheel?

01 changes, flywheel?
I have a 01 GT that was built in 8/01 so its the later model after the change over. My girlfriends dad gave me a clutch and aluminum flywheel. The flywheel is from an 04 cobra and is an 8 bolt. i was wondering if this will fit my GT?
