I have some subs in my back end.. weigh about 150-200 lbs... If I removed my backseat would it equal out?

I believe removing the backseat and installing the seat delete kit saves about 60-80lbs if I remember correctly. Lemme see if I can find the thread about it on MPH forums.

You have a subwoofer setup that weighs 200lbs?!? Wow can you post a pic and/or give the specs?

I'm planning on building a custom subwoofer enclosure for a pair of 10's or 12's, that will basically sit in the backseat area but will be "quick release" so if I need the rear seat I can pull the box out pretty quick. I figure the backseat placement is better than the truck, cause everyone says I wouldn't hear much bass in a vert from trunk mounted subs..

I hear plenty of bass with this setup and you don't have to take anything out either just flip the seats up and they lock and sit flush with the amps
