Well, I paint cars for a living, and a average shop around here would be about $275 - $350 (labor extra to fix any damage $50/hr), and what ever you do DO NOT SAND YOUR BUMPER WITH 2000 GRIT PAPER unless you know how to buff, it will dull your paint, and if you don’t have a electric buffer and a good compound and knowledge how to buff w/out burning through your paint it will ruin your paint job. Try the clay, then goo-gone those work pretty well, or you can buy some buffing compound and use it by hand Meguires makes a good Mild cut.
