Default Sway bar removal

Alright i went to the track a couple of weeks ago and had the sway bar disconnected. One of my mustang buddies said this would help the front to lift with conjunction with the drag tires i was running. so we disconnected it and now i went to go hook it back up and i cant get the jack to lift the car up. I have a eibach lowering kit and the mach 1 chin spoiler and cant get the jack to budge at all. any ideas on how i can get the car up and hook the sway bar back up. By the way im limited to the jack b/c i dont have the $ or resources for a lift. Any opinions or suggestions would be appretiated.

I am confused>>> Is the jack broke, or will the jack not fit under the car?
If it is broke go to autozone and buy a new one. ($20-30)
If it will not fit under the car, place 2x4's under the tires. That will give you more room.

2 small jacks, bump the side behind the front tires up... then you can get the other jack under the kmember.

my friend that runs at the track with a fox that does 12's did it for the first time and he took close to 2 to 3 tenths off... don't know about the 4.6's but I picked it up and it was like 50 to 75 lbs.... not to be off topic but what were your gains when doing it to a modular?

This is gonna sound very basic but

You say you can't get the jack to work?
There is a pressure relieve valve usually directly underneath the handle that gets turned counter clockwise to let the jack down. In order for the Jack to be able to work (lift) again, that valve needs to turned all the way to the right (clockwise). Once you do that, try using the handle again.

no sorry i was misunderstood...... what i meant is that the car was sitting low enough to the ground that i could not get the jack under car where i had to lift. Anyways i worked at it somemore and got the sway bar connected back in. This was my 1st time with the drag tires and the sway bar disconnected so i dont knwo what independently each of those mods would gain. I gained 2 tenths off my previous run and 3 tenths off of the 60' .. ive got a nice 60' now but i gotta work on getting it through the traps faster. Oh and also its a 13 sec car
