idk but these mustangs are dead soon as they are in 5th gear. I doubt you will ever be able to get the car up to 200 mph. Its hard enough taking the c6 vette to 190...

If you change the speedo from a 150 to a 160 is any recalibration have to be done? I have a 96 GT with a 150 speedo and can get a 160 Cobra cluster. It it a wise thing to chane it out.? I sure like the white face gages.

Also, so you have to decide yourself where you want the performance for your pony to be. Off the line or pure overall performance. I am more geared to compete with the euros (bmw, audi..) and the imports as american performance cars have never been know for handeling and high end performance.
Love my stang, but they don't compete with euro cars very well. "American-ized" versions maybe. We can go that fast, but the motor will not like keeping those rpms for hours. Euro cars can and do. I've driven the autobahn and there really is no comparison. I was over 130 mph(not the Mustang) and got passed like I was going backwards.

On a related note, BMW makes a fine car, but their heads suck. Cracked heads and blown head gaskets are way too common an occurance. I've had several friends with BMWs in Germany and the majority had issues with the heads and cooling.

Steal one from a Saleen S7 Twin-Turbo. Not sure any one of use here, though, could hit the 240 mph mark just from sheer lift. Even if we had the power the cars arent designed for it but itd be fun to have the gauges. Now that i think about it. . . . A saleen s7 engine swap would be nice. 750 hp Twin turbo 427 V-8
