depends on where it is and how competent you are with a buffer and maybe wet sanding. [&:]

Try a clay bar first, as long as it is not super heavy it will come off and you won't risc paint damage like with a wet sand and buff.

Auto Zone, Pep Boys etc. Just follow ther directions and you can't go wrong.
