from what I understand, you can put the stock tune from the predator onto a computer via serial cable... I don't have a serial port on my pc, and I don't have 2 stangs... so I don't know, and I'm not about to try...

You cant. You would have to install the stock tune to your car before you can use the tuner on his car.

For what I have read on their sites (Predator & Xcal 2) you could save up to 3 tunes on one hanheld. Also, it lets you save the stock tune before you apply the new (in case that you have to make it stock again).

I am not sure about using it on multiple cars? but if you could buy one used, then that means that the prior owner used it on their car and now you are using it on yours? (hope this helps )
