Default Cam install question

I have a friend who him and his dad are both very knowledgable about ford engines and have both rebuilt numerous engines 5.0s, 5.8s, etc.. and i have been considering cams for a long time i just dont want to pay the $950 for install my local shop charges these guys do it as a hobby and i would be helping so install wouldn't cost me anything but im wondering if this is possible and how long it would take to install a set of cams

mod motors are completely diff boss. if they have never toucjed anything with sohc or dohc then i wouldnt advise it. unless you want them to "feel" there way through it on your car. no good.

yea it's a different animal. but if they have any experience or knowledge with OHC engines they should be able to do it, but remember you'll need to tune it. i'd stick with a mild cam in this case.
