if your looking for straight quarter mile times take off the front sway bar. it will allow the rear to be planted harder to the ground.
Would this hurt handling in any way? I really don't want to sacrifice a good ride for some bumpy *** PoS.

i dont know i took mine off and i didnt feel a difference with my street tires so i changed to my slicks and went out on the street and did a burnout. it hooked a lot better even on the street. as for ride quality i havnt put it back on yet. its ok the front end is a little floaty but since i put the drop springs on its really not that bad. it wont hurt it though.

Sweet. Thanks for all the responses. I think I'm going to get granatellis u/l CAs, remove front sway bar, and get some struts/shocks.

yeah removing the sway bar/s is really a no brainer. You will experience more body roll in turns and loss of stability, but it takes off a good 10-15 punds off the front and will really help your 60' when matched with good tires. I say leave it on for the street, and when you you take a trip to the strip just rmove it that morning and put it back on at night.
