Cobras are easier than GTs. Remove the e-clip, pull the pin and the caliper is loose.
You will still need to remove the bracket to get the rotor off for machining.
To compress the caliper use an old brake pad to spread the load across both pistons when you use the caliper compressor.
If you have ABS open the bleeder screw before you compress the caliper.
Re-assemble, and Bleed the brakes if needed. Make sure that you pump the pedal up before you start the car the first time to avoid that "no brakes!" excitment when you back out of the garage.
