yea but they are motive gears. Not to bash them or anything but most shops prefer to install FRPP.

man that does look like a good deal, but if I get a dyno tune Y do i need a tuner, unless I want to change things later.

most places charge extra to tune if you dont have a tuner of your own.

you can't get the dyno tune onto your car unless you have the tuner, that's Y U need it.
