RE: please help with exhaust!!
Have you been underneath to see if the exhaust is pouring out, or sputtering out??
How long ago was the X-pipe installed?? If it wasn't too long ago, you might be able to just re-tighten the nuts, and check it out...

ya mines leaking from driver side too.. i tried using a chevy gasket because ford does not make one for the driver side. but i was unable to fix it so i drive around with an exhaust leak But im taking it in to local shop to have them fix it so.
If it is leaking from the passenger side go to ford buy the gasket $17 slap it on there.

Out of curiousity, what brand x-pipe do u have? See, i had the same problem with mine when i put it on... mine is a mac, and it was a 3 piece. the x-pipe, and 2 runners to connect my right and left banks to my x-pipe. the passenger side is a flange from manifold to runner, however, driver side is a ball and socket joint from maniflod to runner. the passenger side was easy, just use a gasket and bolt the flanges together. the drivers side was the problem. they gave me a metal coupler, it sat inside, between the manifold and the runner to kind of...shim... the two together. once you get that in right and bolt the runner to the manifold, you should be good to go man.

A good idea, if you guys can do this is:
-If you want to retain your manifolds, and use your leaky X/H Pipe, take the pipe off, and take the manifold off..
-Bring both pieces to a machine shop. If you can, remove the studs from the manifold. If not, I'm sure the machine shop can handle this...
-Mill/shave the flanges.. A good "once over," should alleviate any warpage that may have occurred...
-Reinstall parts, and drive away...
That could be the issue. If the flanges were torque correctly, or if you had a small leak upon installation, the heat cycling has most likely warped the flanges, and since it was mentioned that Ford doesn't specifically make gaskets, you may want to look for a good gasket...

GO to pep boys or auto zone and ask for a Donut gasket, its a round gasket, i used it for the gap and solved my issue, its becasue the bolts have a nut or somthing where they hook up to the manifold, so the gap cant be closed no matter how hard you tighten it. It fixed my issue,
