will a 03 cobra motor bolt to a tr3650?

well I found a good deal on a 03 cobra motor around 4500. can I bolt it to my trans ?

It will bolt up, but it probably won't be able to hold all the power for long...

+1 Bell housing bolt pattern is the same. I could see doing that for awhile to get it running but you might want to consider an upgrade in your future. That is a lot of torque for that 3650 to handle.
