Default High miles on 4.6

I got lucky last month. My sister was getting a divorce and sold me her 98 GT for $10 to keep her ex from getting it. Don't feel bad for him she had it before they got married. The third gear synchro was completely gone so I swapped a junkyard trans in to get it on the road.

I've been burning up the credit card on it, cold air intake, x pipe, flowmasters etc.

My question is- this car has 166k on it and even though it seems to run great there has got to be something worn out on it, what usually goes first on these? She has done almost no work on this car other than things like brakes and spark plugs so pretty much everything is original.

pretty good motors, ive seen them last a while, i would put money on it that the next thing that goes out is the tranny you got from the junkyard [8D]
