Your speedo is off because of the big sidewall....people usually go with 40s or 35s with 18s.

275/35/18 is the same overall diameter as a stock tire.

35 refers to the sidewall. your first nuimber is your with the second number is the percentage of width your sidewall height is

Ok So if I buy a tuner, which one is the "One". And do yu have to be a rocket scientist to install?
