Default Car dying

After i rev the engine; or put it in gear, give it some gas, and then come to a complete stop--sometimes my car will go to really low rpms and sometimes just die altogether....i replace my iac valve already and still seem to have the problem. Any ideas???? 99 gt; manual

They cant be adjusted. You`ll need a new one. That should take care of your problem.
