Default upgrade of mam for cai

I have a mac cai. Is there a bigger mass air meter that I can use with this. I just bought a new plenum/75mm tb from c&l
and that made the car breath alot better. BUt I also read that c&l mam won't work with my cai from mac. IS this true?
I want to upgrade, but I don't want to waste my money unless the cai is worthless. I also look at the densel cai, are they
that much better than what I have??

I'm not too sure about the compatability of the MAC CAI and and a CNL mass air meter. I don't think the MAM will do anything but decrease the size of your wallet. The only intake mod I've ever seen produce gains is the T-body and Plenum combo. So save your money and spend it on something that will give you more HP.

SO, do I keep the stock mam? Would I be better off getting rid of the cai and get the tru/ pipes maf combo from CNL ? Like anyone else, Im looking for more horsepower.
The mac cai is nice looking, but Id rather have the hp than the chrome...... I also purcahsed the granali predator three months ago(back logged), I should be receiving it on
the 21st. DO I need to really replace the mam seeing that I can tune myself ?????? I am not quit sure how a mam works. The MAF I was looking at was a 85mm(cnl), but I would still use the stock module. Why would I want to pay $200 for a piece of aluminum and a airfilter. Any suggestions.

Yes, get rid of the CAI and do the C&L MAF w/ trueflow for your stang. Will work better than the CAI and you'll definately fell the difference with your TB/Plenum combo
