Default motor mods and emissions

I am looking at doing some mods for my motor. My question is what will effect my car for emissions testing. I presently just have a programmer which bypasses the O2 sensors so I'll have to go back to stock tune for Etesting. I've got new gears ready for install which won't affect emissions, but I want to add more power so I can enjoy the gears more. Any ideas???

CAI shouldnt affect your emissions, youll get a little more throttle response out of it...Other than that, its kinda how much money you want to put into it...

Steeda underdrive pulleys. X or H pipe and catback exhaust should be fine so long as you keep catalytic converters installed.

Where you live will also have a direct effect, as some states have much stricter standards than others. You may want to reach out to locals near you who have dealt with your emissions testing in your area before.
