Default HEADER QUESTION?

are these any good on a mustang gt with 2.75 flowmaster exhaust or are they pretty much stock headers

Ford Racing Shorty Headers, Stainless Steel for 1996-2004 4.6L-2V Mustang GT.

Designed by Ford Racing engineers for improved scavenging and flow. Made from 409 stainless steel with 1-5/8" diameter primaries. These headers bolt up to stock exhaust pipes and include the gaskets bolts and studs.

They are alrite, the best to go with is long tubes if you have the money. The shorties will let you pass emissions though.

Dynos have proven anything will give a gain over the stock manifolds, BUT...

Shorties are pretty much worthless with a 3-4 whp gain.

LTs are were the power is at. Shorties are pretty much worthless on our cars.
